 Caracas is a messy, chaotic, dirty, polluted, crowded and noisy city, a striking contrast to the beauty of Venezuela, but it is heaps of fun! It's streets, a continous flee-market, are always filled with the rhythms of salsa. It is, however, very dangerous, as it is surrounded by the slums forming the "ring of misery". [map]
